We are very blessed with amazing people helping us in different ways.
One of these people is Andrea Gamby-Boulger, founder and managing director of Wetnose Animal Aid.
If you have never heard about them well this is what they do:
Over the last year or so she has donated over £1200 worth of hay, straw and haylage to us and you can just imagine how much that means to us!
Wetnose animal aid was founded in 2000 and since then they have helped more animals than we can count. The idea is simple; create a Red Nose Day for animals and what better name than Wetnose Day huh? 🙂 Now, don’t think that what they do is just limited to one day a year. Oh no.
Andrea and her team raise money and awareness all year around. Sanctuaries like ourselves can then apply for money and the attitude seems to be “let’s do it” more often than not.
So here is what I want to ask you to do:
On the 29th of September – 1st of October, pop a black nose on and share the word about this fantastic organisation and what they do.
What Andrea and her team are doing is a lifesaver for so many rescues.
We love you!
