Our shops are our main source of income

Please support our shops and help us help more animals in Norfolk

With the exception of The Sanctuary Pet Shop which sells food, treats and accessories for pets and wildlife, all our other shops rely on donations to operate and we are extremely grateful for your contributions.

If you wish to donate more than three bags/boxes of items to one of our shops at any one time, please contact the shop in advance as we have limited onsite storage. Please click here for details of items we can and cannot accept. Please do not leave donated items outside the shops when they are closed.

Shop locations

We have three shops in Norwich plus an eBay shop and three Facebook groups all selling donated items to support our work in caring for Norfolk’s wildlife. In addition, we have a pet shop in Norwich which also helps to fund our work.

We do not receive any government funding and our shops are our main source of income.
